1. Every licensee must display a valid license in a conspicuous place within the adult entertainment facility so that the same may be readily seen by persons entering the premises.
2. All persons required under this chapter to obtain an adult entertainment employee permit pursuant to this chapter must display on request during the hours of operation of such business and identification card provided by the City police department containing the legal name and date of birth of the employee.
