The developer or his representative will give the Department of Public Works seventy-two (72) hours written notice prior to commencing any construction. After construction commences, a forty-eight (48) hour written notice to the Town Director of Public Works shall be required prior to starting each specialized phase of construction (earthwork, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main, curb and gutter, or street construction), and prior to testing of any of the utilities.
