   Installation of street lights shall be required in accordance with the Design Standards of the Town of Dyer as set forth in Appendix A. The Developer shall also be responsible for all costs of operating and maintaining street lights for a period of two (2) years after installation. Operation and maintenance costs for street light(s) shall be collected in advance at the time of secondary approval based upon current costs, with any difference due to an increase in costs or extraordinary maintenance expenditures to be collected at the conclusion of the two year period after installation.
