Notification by the Town Clerk-Treasurer shall be made by mailing a copy of the resolution adopted pursuant to Section 9-182 hereof, the supplying utility shall furnish that portion of the conduits, conductor and associate equipment required to be furnished by it under its applicable rules, regulations and tariffs on file with the commission; provided that if any provision of any agreement between the Town of Dyer and the supplying utility is in conflict with any provision of the Section, the provision of the agreement shall prevail.
