a. The Town of Dyer is entitled to assess and collect a payment in lieu of property tax from the Dyer Sewer Utility based on the assessment value of the property and holdings of the Dyer Sewer Utility pursuant to Burns Annotated Statutes, Code Edition § 8-1.5-3-8. (Ord. No. 89-45, 12-12-89)
b. An ordinance pursuant by the Town Council is necessary to implement the provisions of this Section.
