This ordinance shall not be construed as adversely affecting any outstanding sewage works revenue bonds issued or to be issued pursuant to Indiana Code, § 36-9-23. The Town shall retain its municipal works board and the town's ability to issue revenue bonds pursuant to Indiana Code, § 36-9-23. The municipal works board and the Board of Sanitary Commissioners shall have concurrent power with respect to the sewer system of the Town of Dyer, Indiana. (Ord. No. 91-7, § 6, 3-12-91)
