Sec. 9-60 Late Payment Charge.

All bills for water services not paid within fifteen (15) days from the due date thereof, as stated in such bills, shall be subject to the collection or deferred payment charge of ten percent (10%) on the first three dollars ($3.00) plus three percent (3%) on the excess over three dollars ($3.00).
