Sec. 9-55 Metered Monthly Rates.

There shall be and there are established for use of and service rendered by the waterworks system of the Town of Dyer, the following rates and charges, based on the use of water supplied by said waterworks system:

   Metered Rates

   Water Consumed Per Month         Rate Per 1,000 Gallons

   First      2,000 Gallons            $5.800

   Next      8,000 Gallons            $5.25

   Next      20,000 Gallons            $4.92

   Next      70,000 Gallons            $4.59

   Over      100,000 Gallons            $4.24
