Land alteration which strips the land of vegetation, including regrading, shall be done in a way that will minimize erosion. Whenever feasible, natural vegetation shall be retained, protected and supplemented. Cut and fill operations shall be kept to a minimum to ensure conformity with existing topography so as to create the least potential erosion. (Ord. No. 92-4, § 34, 2-10-92)
