Sec. 7-38 Blocking Drainageways.

No excavations or fills, structures, fences, trees, shrubs, or other like impediments, shall block or otherwise impede the free drainage of surface water in a drainage swale or channel. (Ord. No. 92-4, § 33, 2-10-92)
