Land alteration shall be accomplished in such a way that the grades left at the time that the work is completed will be permanent and stable. Vegetable materials may be buried in the ground only if placement will clearly not interfere with the stability of fill areas and not cause settlement or erosion. (Ord. No. 92-4, § 32, 2-10-92)
