The maximum vertical fall of earth on the parcel shall be six inches (6") per foot (two [2] horizontal to one [1] vertical), for riprapped areas and four inches (4") per foot (three [3] horizontal to one [1] vertical) for vegetation cover, unless otherwise approved by the Board.
