Any person, partnership or corporation violating the substantive or procedural provisions of this ordinance or any regulation promulgated by the Board shall be subject to a fine in any sum not exceeding Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00). Each day that the property remains in violation of this Article or any regulation promulgated thereunder shall be considered a separate offense. (Ord. No. 92-4, § 18, 2-10-92)
