Sec. 7-21 Revocation Of Permits.

   (a)   The Board may revoke a drainage permit where the application, plans or other supporting documents required by this Article reflect either;

      (1)   A false statement or misrepresentation as to material fact; or

      (2)   Lack of compliance with drainage requirements; or

      (3)   Failure to comply with the requirements of this Article. (Ord. No. 92-4, § 16, 2-10-92)
