(a) If work for which a drainage permit is required by this ordinance is commenced by the permit applicant without compliance with the provisions of Section 7-8, the permit fee shall be double the applicable amount stated in Section 7-25, and if work for which a permit is required is completed by the permit applicant without compliance with the provisions of Section 7-8, the permit fee shall be ten (10) times the applicable amount stated in Section 7-25 plus the amount of the normal fee for the permit.
(b) This fee shall in no way limit the operation of penalties provided elsewhere in this Article. (Ord. No. 92-4, § 15, 2-10-92)
