Sec. 7-14 Deviation From The Approved Plan.

Any significant deviation or change in the detailed plans and specifications after granting of the drainage permit shall be filed in triplicate with and approved by the Board prior to the time land alteration involving the change occurs. A copy thereof, if approved, shall be attached to the original plans and specification. (Ord. No. 92-4, § 9, 2-10-92)
