Any person who shall violate any provision of this Article shall be fined not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) payable through the Ordinance Violations Bureau, for the first violation and in a sum not to exceed Two Thousand Five Hundred ($2,500.00) Dollars thereafter. Each day that any person shall violate any of the provisions or sections of this Article shall be deemed to commit a separate offense. (Ord. No. 92-26, § 2, 9-8-92)
