It shall be the duty of the owner and the occupant of every building having a properly designated Street address in the Town of Dyer to have placed thereon, in a place visible from the street, numerical figures at least four inches (4") high and two inches (2") wide in areas zoned residential and at least eight inches (8") high and three inches (3") wide in areas zoned commercial or industrial, showing the numerical street address of the building.
