All private tree care firms shall be responsible for cleanup of trimmings within seven (7) days of performing work. All private tree care firms working for residents and all commercial or nonresidential businesses must dispose of trimmings at their expense. Any tree care work completed by a resident on his property may leave the trimmings on the public parkway and contact the Department of Public Works to arrange for pickup. (Ord. No. 2007-04, 3-21-07)
