It shall be the duty and responsibility of every person owning or occupying any real property within the Town of Dyer, to keep all trees, shrubs, flora and plants on that property trimmed in such a manner that there is a clearance of at least fourteen (14) feet above any street or alley, and a clearance of at least seven (7) feet over any sidewalk. It shall also be the duty and responsibility of every person owning or occupying any real property within the Town of Dyer to keep all trees on that property trimmed in such a manner that they do not obstruct the view of any traffic sign or device for vehicle traffic in the direction controlled by that traffic sign or device.
