The Tree Program Supervisor shall collect and maintain all records and data necessary to objectively evaluate the progress being made toward the stated goals of this Article. An annual written summary and analysis of the evaluation, and recommendations for action shall be prepared at the direction of the Tree Program Supervisor and the consulting arborist and presented to the Town Manager. The Town Manager shall consider the report and recommendations and take all actions deemed necessary to accomplish the goals of this Article. These actions may include, but are not limited to recommending revision or amendment of this Article or the adoption of other resolutions or ordinances. (Ord. No. 2007-04, 3-21-07)
