Any action or decision of the Tree Program Supervisor may be appealed to and heard by the Town Manager. An appeal shall be filed within ten (10) days after the action or decision of the Tree Program Supervisor. The appeal shall be in writing and shall be filed with the Clerk/Treasurer. The appeal must be in writing and state the reasons for the appeal. The Town Manager shall have thirty (30) days to act on the appeal and his decision shall be in writing. He may conduct hearings as he feels are necessary. The decision of the Town Manager shall be final. (Ord. No. 2007-04, 3-21-07)
