Sec. 6-171 Penalty.

Each violation of Sec. 6-170 is punishable by a fine of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) against the person responsible for the violation, payable to the Town Clerk-Treasurer, as the Clerk of the Town Ordinance Violations Bureau. Each instance of prohibited smoking shall be considered a separate violation of this ordinance. (Ord. 2000-17, 6-20-00; Am. Ord. No. 2004-14, § 1, 5-19-04)
