The Clerk-Treasurer is appointed and shall serve as the Violations Clerk, and shall be Administrator of the Bureau. The Clerk-Treasurer and her staff, as her agents, shall accept written appearances, waivers of trial, admissions of violations, and payment of civil penalties in the amount and the violation as provided in Sec. 6-152.
