There is established an Ordinance Violations Bureau for the Town of Dyer pursuant to Indiana Code, § 33-6-3-1, et seq., as amended, for collection of fines for violations of ordinances hereafter described, or added hereto at a subsequent date, or adopted subsequent to enactment of this ordinance with a fine of fifty ($50.00) dollars or less.
