(a) Enforcement of the terms and provisions of this Article is vested in the Town of Dyer Code Enforcement Officer. (Ord. No. 568, § 10, 11-10-64)
(b) Any person, firm or corporation found in violation of the terms and provisions of this Article shall be fined in an amount not to exceed fifty ($50.00) dollars. Each day a violation exists shall be considered a separate offense. (Ord. No. 568, § 11, 11-10-64; Ord. No. 2011-15, 11-10-2011)
