(a) No dumpster shall be located closer than eight (8') feet from any utility meter, junction box, or regulator.
(b) Any person who violates the terms and provisions of this Article shall be subject to a fine of fifty ($50.00) dollars payable through the Ordinance Violation Bureau for first-time violations and not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) thereafter, and each day may be considered a separate offense.
