Sec. 6-136 Container Regulations.
   (a)   It shall be the duty of every person who is the owner or occupant of any premises within the corporate limits of the Town of Dyer to use the containers provided by the waster hauler for the Town of Dyer.
   (b)   Garbage and rubbish and containers shall be placed out for collection no sooner than 6:00 p.m. the day prior to scheduled pickup, and returned to storage location by 8:00 p.m. on the day of pickup.
   (c)   All receptacles for garbage and trash shall be kept clean and in a sanitary condition.
   (d)   All garbage containers and receptacles required by the Town Code, as amended from time to time, shall be stored so as not to be visible from the street unless the size of the property and location of the home on the lot prohibits the same.
   (e)   All owners or occupants of premises within the corporate limits of the Town of Dyer shall be responsible for loose garbage on their premises.
   (f)   The Town of Dyer (or its authorized agent) shall not collect or provide pick-up service for persons violating the terms of this ordinance.
   (g)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this Article shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) for each violation. Each day a violation exists shall be considered a separate offense.
