It shall be the duty of every person, firm or corporation owning, leasing, occupying or using any real estate in said Town to shovel and remove all snow and ice from the Public sidewalks or abutting any such real estate within a reasonable time from the accumulation Thereof, and to keep said sidewalks free from snow and ice.
