It shall be unlawful for any person to fire or discharge any air rifle, air gun, air pistol, spring rifle, spring gun, sling shot, or any similar device which is calculated or intended to propel or project a bullet, pellet, arrow, or other projectile or missile upon or against any property in the corporate limits of the Town of Dyer, Lake County, Indiana, without the consent of the owner thereof.
