Sec. 6-90 Exceptions.

   The provisions of this Article shall not apply to:

   (a)   Guide dogs being used to assist the visually or physically impaired;

   (b)   Animals being used by any governmental law enforcement agency; and/or

   (c)   Animals that are a part of a parade or show that have been properly authorized by the Animal Control Officer.
