Any person violating the terms and provisions of this Article shall be subject to a fine of $50.00 for the first violation payable through the Ordinance Violation Bureau, and for subsequent violations not to exceed three hundred dollars ($300.00) for each offense thereafter. Each day the violation occurs shall be a separate offense.
