Sec. 6-41 Local Alarms.

Compare to:

(a) Local alarms with any externally audible alert shall not make a sound similar to that of Civil Defense Warning System. Local alarms shall not be required to obtain a permit.

(b) Such local alarms in residential districts must automatically cut-off at five (5) minutes or less of sounding.
