(a) Multi-family (three (3) units and above), commercial and industrial users, as well as any user who is directly connected to the signal board at the Dyer Police Department shall be required to obtain a permit prior to installing an alarm system.
(b) Any alarm user, as noted above, who operates an alarm system without first obtaining authorization as required by this Section, or who, after having an authorization revoked, fails to disconnect his or her alarm System, shall be in violation of this Article.
