DYER, INDIANA CODE OF ORDINANCES

Sec. 6-30 Penalties.

Any person or firm who violates the terms and provisions of this Ordinance shall be fined as follows:

For the first violation $50.00

For the second violation $200.00

For all subsequent violations $500.00
