Sec. 6-7 Offenses Against Public Health, Order and Decency. 7

(a) All offenses against public health, order or decency not addressed by this Code shall be governed by applicable State Statute.

(b) Except as specifically set forth herein, any violation of any provision of this Chapter shall be subject to the penalties provided by Sec. 1-11 of this Code.

7 I.C., §35-45-1-1, et seq., addresses such offenses.
