Sec. 5-37 Feeding of Wild Animals Prohibited.

Compare to:

(a) No person shall feed or otherwise attempt to feed any geese, ducks, or other waterfowl within the Dyer Park District properties, or perimeters of said properties.

(b) Any person who violates this section shall be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation and shall be fined a minimum sum of fifty dollars ($50.00) in accordance with Sec. 5-36.
