(a) No person shall remove, destroy, break, cut, deface, trim or in any way injure or interfere with any tree or shrub that is within the park district. Provided, however, that this Section shall not apply to Town employees working in the course of their employment.

(b) No person shall move, injure or misuse any guard or device placed or intended to protect any tree, plant or shrub growing within the park district.

(c) No person shall, without the written consent of the Park Board, attach any electrical wire, insulator, or any other device or object to any tree growing within the park district.
