Sec. 5-33 Permits for Fishing and Boating. 3
   (a)   A permit for fishing and boating must be obtained in order to fish or boat in a Dyer Park. All persons sixteen (16) years of age and older must have a fishing or boating permit to engage in these activities in a Dyer Park. Dyer residents may obtain a fishing or boating permit upon application at the Dyer Clerk-Treasurer's Office and the payment of a two dollar and fifty cent ($2.50) annual fee.
   (b)   Non-residents may obtain a fishing or boating permit from the Clerk-Treasurer's Office upon application and the payment of a five dollar ($5.00) annual fee.
   (c)   Permit fees will be waived for Senior Citizens.
   (d)   Permits are issued from January 2 of each year and are good for the remainder of that year.
   (e)   Boating permits apply only to non-motorized boats, fishing permits do not substitute for an Indiana fishing license.
