The operation of miniature motor driven toys, including but not limited to, boats, airplanes, rockets or automobiles is expressly prohibited. The Park Board, however, may in their judgment, set aside days or times during which public displays or operation of such miniature airplanes, rockets or automobiles, properly supervised, may be made.
