(a) No person shall remain or be in any part of any park between dusk and dawn, without permission of the Park Board. (Ord. No. 83-11, Art. § 1, 3-8-83)
(b) The Dyer Town Parks shall be open to the public three hundred and sixty-five (365) days each year. (Ord. No. 89-7, 2-14-89)
