“Town” means the Town of Dyer, Lake County, Indiana.
“Board” means the Dyer Park and Recreation Board.
“Council” means the Town Council of the Town of Dyer.
“Department” means the Park and Recreation Department as created hereunder. (Ord. No. 819, § 2, 5-9-72)
“Senior Citizen” means, for the purpose of all rules, regulations, and resolutions passed by the Dyer Park & Recreation Department, the words “Senior Citizen” shall be defined to be any person 55 years of age or older. (Res. No. 93-23, 9-14-93)
“Superintendent” means the Administrative Head of the Department of Park and Recreation responsible for a park and recreation program. (Ord. 819, § 2, 5-9-72)
