A licensee under this Division must pay to the Clerk-Treasurer a license fee of five dollars ($5.00) per week, ten dollars ($10.00) per month, or fifty dollars ($50.00) per year. None of the license fees provided in this Division may create an undue burden upon interstate commerce. In any case in which an applicant or licensee believes a license fee to place an undue burden upon interstate commerce, it may apply to the Town Council for an adjustment of the fee to an amount not discriminatory, unreasonable, or unfair to interstate commerce.
