Sec. 4-33 Revocation of Permits and Hearing Thereon.
   (a)   If the Town Council President has reason to believe that there is a violation of this chapter by any permittee, he or she must immediately revoke the permit in writing. The Dyer Chief of Police, or his or her designee, must serve written revocation under this Section. Upon service, all authority granted by the permit terminates immediately.
   (b)   Upon revocation under this section, the Town Council President immediately certifies his or her action in writing to the Town Council, which must hold a hearing not less than three (3) days after the date of revocation to determine the finality of said revocation, provided that said permittee requests said hearing.
