Sec. 4-30 Permits and Fees Required.
   (a)   Any person or entity who seeks to use private or public property for the purposes defined above must apply to the Town Council for a permit to use said property and provide the following information:
      (1)   If on private property, a written authorization from the owner of the private property.
      (2)   The name and address of the applicant and the name and address of each and every person sponsoring or otherwise having an interest in the temporary land use.
      (3)   The exact dates and location on which temporary land use will occur.
      (4)   The name and address of the operator who intends to use the land for public purposes and the nature of the intended use.
      (5)   All applications for such permits shall be filed no less than thirty (30) days before the first date of the occurrence of the intended land use.
   (b)   Each person or entity applying for this permit must pay to the Town Clerk-Treasurer a permit fee of ten dollars ($10.00) for each permit, which inures to the General Fund. No fee may be paid to the said Clerk-Treasurer until the permit is issued and signed by the President of the Town Council. (Ord. No. 740, § 2, 9-9-69; Am. Ord. No. 20223-02, § 3, 1-13-22)
