Compare to:

(a) The Town must charge a fee of forty-five dollars ($45.00) for all tow release services.

(b) Any monies received for providing tow release services must be deposited into the “Police Department Special Revenue Fund.” (Ord. No. 2022-02, § 3, 1-13-22)
