Sec. 3-42 Property Pursuant to a Search Warrant.

All items of property seized by the Dyer Metropolitan Police Department as a result of an arrest search warrant or warrantless search shall be securely held by the Dyer Metropolitan Police Department under the order of the Court trying the case in which the seized property is involved in complete conformity with Indiana Code, § 35-33-5-5.
