The Council shall select one (1) of its members to be its President and one (1) of its members to be its Vice-President for a definite term, which may not exceed such member's term of office as a member of the legislative body. The President of the Town Council is the Town Executive. The Vice-President of the Town Council shall serve as Executive in his or her absence, sickness, inability or refusal to serve.
