   (b)   The Ward District map is on file in the Office of the Clerk-Treasurer, available for public inspection during regular business hours, and is incorporated herein by reference.

   (c)   As land is annexed to the Town of Dyer by proper ordinance, it shall be specifically assigned to a specific ward.
   (d)   The results of the 2020 census revealed a population imbalance between the five wards of greater than ten percent, requiring redistricting to equalize populations among the wards.
