Any person in violation of any provision of this ordinance is subject to a maximum fine of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00). Each day such violation occurs or continues constitutes a separate offense and renders the violator liable for the imposition of a fine for each day. The rights and remedies provided in this section are cumulative and in addition to any other remedies provided by law. An admission or determination of responsibility does not exempt the offender from compliance with the requirements of this ordinance.
Any person who knowingly assists a person in a violation of this ordinance is subject to the same penalties as for direct violation.
The Town of Dyer, by the Town Attorney, has the authority to prosecute violators of the provisions of this ordinance. (Ord. No. 2021-32, §1, 11-10-21)
